another smoothie for after dental work
| 8 | oz orange juice |
| 1 | banana |
| 1/2 | c frozen berries |
| 2 | tbsp flax seeds |
| 1/2 | oz soy protein |
- Note: I use rice protein rather than soy, but can't find it listed here
- Grind flax seeds in coffee grinder
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
- Drink
