Shirred Eggs Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Baked egg dish.

Ingredients
1 slice Bread, reduced calorie
2 medium Egg
1 spray Olive Oil
3 tbs Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Basil
Directions
  1. Spray oil single serving ramekin dish.

  2. Cube bread and place in bottom of dish.

  3. Add eggs.

  4. Mix together tomato paste and spices then add to top of eggs.

  5. Bake in slow oven 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your taste.

  6. Enjoy!
