Baked egg dish.
| 1 | slice Bread, reduced calorie |
| 2 | medium Egg |
| 1 | spray Olive Oil |
| 3 | tbs Tomato Paste |
| 1/2 | tsp Oregano |
| 1/2 | tsp Thyme |
| 1/2 | tsp Basil |
- Spray oil single serving ramekin dish.
- Cube bread and place in bottom of dish.
- Add eggs.
- Mix together tomato paste and spices then add to top of eggs.
- Bake in slow oven 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your taste.
- Enjoy!
