Eat with pita bread.v

Ingredients
16 oz garbanzo beans, drained (but save the juice)
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tsp tahini
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions
Pulverize the garbanzo beans in a food processor until mushy; add everything else and blend, seasoning to taste. Yes, it’s that easy.
