St. Patrick's Day Soda Recipe

Makes 6 servings


A yummy GREEN beverage to celebrate the season!

Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice (colored with 3 drops of green food coloring)
6 oz lime juice (frozen limeade in a can)
1/3 c sugar
2 c sherbet (lime flavored)
2 c 7-Up
Directions
  1. Combine pineapple juice, limeade, sugar and a few drops of food coloring in a pitcher

  2. Mix well with a wooden spoon

  3. Pour into glasses

  4. Add one small scoop of lime sherbet to the mixture and pour 7-Up on top of sherbet scoop

  5. Serve immediately
