Ingredients
350 grams minced beef
250 grams raw peas
1 cup carrots, Chopped
1 cup zucchini, Chopped
1 cup broccoli, Chopped
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs allspice
1 tbs salt
1 tbs pepper
2 tbs ketchup
1 tbs tomato paste
1 cup tomato juice
5 potatos
1 clove garlic
2 onions
1 cup skim milk
2 tbs butter
Directions
  1. Suate onion and garlic

  2. add beef and mix well

  3. add spices and salt and pepper

  4. add vegetables and tomato juice

  5. make mashed potatos on the side

  6. put mix in a pirex

  7. top with mashed potato

  8. bake for 45 minutes

  9. last fifteen on grill
