| 216 | grams (1 whole) Pie Crust |
| 4 | cups strawberries, large chunks |
| 6 | ounces sugar free strawberry jello |
| 3 | cups water, divided |
| 72 | grams (8 tbsp) light cool whip |
- Bake pie crust according to directions on package. Cool.
- Boil 2 cups water, add strawberry jello and mix until dissolved. Add the remaining 1 cup of water. Stir.
- Add strawberries and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or until the mixture has soft-set.
- Pour strawberry mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate until completely set.
- Top each piece with 1 tbsp light cool whip.
