low-fat tuna salad with carrot, tomato, yoghurt and mayo
| 6 | oz tuna |
| 2 | tbs lite mayonnaise |
| 1 | tbs natural yoghurt |
| 1 | (100g) carrot, grated |
| 1 | (50g) tomato, chopped |
Stir all ingredients together, chill and serve. Can add chopped gherkins, olives, peppers or whatever looks good.Categories
