Maryke's Tuna Salad Recipe

low-fat tuna salad with carrot, tomato, yoghurt and mayo

Ingredients
6 oz tuna
2 tbs lite mayonnaise
1 tbs natural yoghurt
1 (100g) carrot, grated
1 (50g) tomato, chopped
Directions
Stir all ingredients together, chill and serve. Can add chopped gherkins, olives, peppers or whatever looks good.
