Chili Soup Recipe

Makes 3 servings


Trimmed this down a bit as I don't like chilis!

Ingredients
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp powdered cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2/3 cup kidney beans
8 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup chedder cheese
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil in soup pot till tender. Add cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt, and saute another minute. Stir in chicken broth, beans, and chicken. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Stir in cheese and serve.
