Taken from "Top Secret Recipes Book". Makes approximately 6 servings at about 5.75 oz. (by weight)(approximately 1 cup servings)
| 8 | cup cabbage, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup carrot, shredded |
| 2 | tbsp onion, minced |
| 1/3 | cup sugar, white |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/8 | tsp pepper, black |
| 1/4 | cup milk |
| 1/2 | cup mayo |
| 1/4 | cup buttermilk |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp white vinegar |
| 2 1/2 | tbsp lemon juice |
- Chop cabbage, carrots, and onion into pieces about the size of rice kernels.
- Combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, & lemon juice, mixing until smooth.
- Add cabbage, carrots and onions to mixture.
- Mix all together well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
