| 1/5 | cup green peppers |
| 8 | slices tomatoes |

| 1/4 | cup firm tofu |
- slice tofu into cubes and slice green peppers and broccoli into small pieces
- put all ingredients on the pita bread
- put in oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or use a toaster oven or pizza oven
