| 1 | cup flour |
| 4 | tbsp butter |
| 1/3 | cup milk, sour |
| 1 | tsp sugar |
| 2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/4 | tsp kosher salt |
| 1 | tsp honey |
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl cut butter into flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Stir in sour milk and honey until moist.
- Separate into 9 biscuits about 1" apart on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
