Almost no fat Banana bread - small muffins
| 1 1/2 | cups Four |
| 3/4 | cup sugar |
| 1 1/4 | teaspoon baking powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1/3 | cup egg whites |
| 1 1/4 | cup bananas |
| 1/4 | cup applesauce |
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Add Egg whites, Mashed Bananas, and Applesauce
- stir till just mixed
- preheat oven to 350
- bake for 20 minutes or until center is cooked
- let stand for 10 minutes
