Almost no fat Banana bread - small muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Four
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup egg whites
1 1/4 cup bananas
1/4 cup applesauce
Directions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Add Egg whites, Mashed Bananas, and Applesauce

  3. stir till just mixed

  4. preheat oven to 350

  5. bake for 20 minutes or until center is cooked

  6. let stand for 10 minutes
