Middle eastern salad

Ingredients
1 cup bulgur wheat
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tomato
3 cups chopped parsley
1/4 cup onion
Directions
  1. pour Boiling water over bulgur wheat

  2. cover and let sit 30 minutes

  3. stir in oil lime juice & salt

  4. chill

  5. add tomatos & parsly and onions toss
