| 1 | cup bulgur wheat |
| 1 1/2 | cup water |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | cup lime juice |
| 1/4 | cup olive oil |
| 2 | tomato |
| 3 | cups chopped parsley |
| 1/4 | cup onion |
- pour Boiling water over bulgur wheat
- cover and let sit 30 minutes
- stir in oil lime juice & salt
- chill
- add tomatos & parsly and onions toss
