A very easy chicken chowder to throw together on busy nights! I often use leftover chicken and it freezes well! This is the base chowder, I often add chopped peppers and onions as well or you could substitute beans or leave the chicken out completely!
| 1 | can cream-style corn |
| 8 | oz kidney beans |
| 8 | oz diced tomatoes |
| 1 | chicken breast |
| 1/2 | cup chicken broth |
- Cook chicken breast, chop or shred into small pieces
- Add chicken pieces and all other ingredients to a pot.
- Heat and serve!
