clove garlic |

tsp. oil |

oz broth, beef |

oz tomatoes, canned, stewed |

c salsa |
| 1 |
tbs cumin |
| 1 |
cup pinto beans (cooked) |
Directions
- cook, debone, and shred chicken
- add minced garlic to oil in slow cooker. Saute.
- Combine all ingredients. cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours.
- May ladle soup over cube of Moneterey Jack Cheese; garnish with fat-free sour cream and tortilla chips
