| 2 | bacon |
| 6 | cups red kidney beans |
| 1 1/2 | cups rice |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | bell pepper |
| 1 | lb smoked sausage |
- Brown Bacon in Large Pot
- Remove Bacon
- Saute Chopped Onion and Pepper in Bacon Grease
- Add Sausage cut into 1/2 slices
- Allow to cook over medium high for 15 minutes
- Add 6 cans red kidney beans (drained)
- Allow to simmer 30 minutes
