| 115 | g rolled oats |
| 45 | g sunflower seeds, shelled |
| 25 | g coconut flakes |
| 85 | g flax seed |
| 110 | g graham cracker, crushed |
| 60 | g butter |
| 300 | g marshmallows |
- In a bowl, mix oats, sunflower seeds, cocount, flax seeds, and graham crackers. Set aside.
- In a large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and melt, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in the oat mixture.
- Roll or press out onto a greased cookie sheet. Let cool, cut, enjoy.
