| 1/3 | cup flour |
| 2 | tbsp oats |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/8 | tsp nutmeg |
| 1 1/3 | cup flour |
| 5 | tbsp butter |
| 4 | tbsp water |
- mix first 7 ingredients...this is the filling.
- place in pie crust (which is the last three ingredients combined, kneeded and rolled out)
- top with las 5 ingredients bake 375 for 1 hour
