Ingredients
| 1 |
medium onion |
| 4 |
medium yellow squash |
| 1/2 |
cup whole milk |
| 1/2 |
cup grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 |
slice whole wheat bread |
| 1 |
large egg |
Directions
- Slice sqaush and onion and boil till done then drain well.
- In seperate bowl add milk, egg, grated cheese and torn up bread slice. Mix well untill bread is moisten through.
- Mix it all together and put in lightly greased 1.5 qt. dish.
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or when dish is set and browned.
