Phoenix Tofu Smoothie

Uses tofu as primary protein source. Milk can be eliminated entirely.

Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup milk, 2%
1 cup mixed berries
1 tablespoon flax oil
12 ounces (silken) Lite Tofu
Directions
  1. Put all in blender.

  2. Blend.
