So easy & delicious. Serve as is or with topping of your choice. I like dusting with powdered sugar & a squeeze of fresh lemon...very simple & light, sweet & refreshing at the same time.

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup skim milk
2/3 cup liquid egg substitute
1 tbsp margarine
Directions
  1. Melt the maragarine. Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs and margarine in a bowl; let stand 30 minutes.

  2. Using an 8-inch non-stick skillet over medium high heat, pour 1/4 cup batter in pan, tilting pan to cover bottom. Cook about 1 minute, flip and cook approximately 30-60 seconds more until crepe is cooked through. If batter is sticking to pan, use non-stick spray before making each crepe.
