| 1 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
| 2/3 | cup liquid egg substitute |
| 1 | tbsp margarine |
- Melt the maragarine. Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs and margarine in a bowl; let stand 30 minutes.
- Using an 8-inch non-stick skillet over medium high heat, pour 1/4 cup batter in pan, tilting pan to cover bottom. Cook about 1 minute, flip and cook approximately 30-60 seconds more until crepe is cooked through. If batter is sticking to pan, use non-stick spray before making each crepe.
