southern-style potato salad
| 5 | potatoes |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1 | tbsp sugar |
| 1/4 | c onion, chopped |
| 1/4 | c celery, chopped |
| 1/3 | c mayonaise |
| 1 | tbsp prepared mustard |
| 2 | tbsp sweet pickle relish |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
- Cut potatoes into bite size pieces.
- Boil potatoes and eggs together with 1 tbsp sugar until potatoes are tender.
- Rinse potatoes and eggs with cold water and drain.
- Mix potatoes, eggs and all other ingredients together and chill.
