Crunchy Romaine Toss Recipe

use .5 cups of splenda instead of 1 cup sugar in the dressing

Ingredients
8 cups Romaine lettuce
12 cups green leaf lettuce
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup pecans
3 ounces ramen noodles
4 tbsp. margarine
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
  1. toast the pecans and noodles in the margarine

  2. mix all the vegetables

  3. Dressing

  4. add .5 cup splenda or 1 cup of sugar and a little black pepper
