Time for an update:

It´s not only about loosing weight. Is about having an healthy life style and feeling good with myself.

After I had my second baby, two years ago, I never lost the extra pounds that I put on with pregnancy. I always had the urge of taking notes from what I ate but everytime I did it I thought that I was being paranoid about food. With CC, I’ve been able to write everything down (and don’t feel bad about it!!) and therefore start to loose those extra pounds that bother me so much.
