width="420" height="90" alt="My Weight Ticker" border="0"></a> I ended up going to college around 135lbs. I was about 10 lbs overweight at that time, but I wasn't worried about it because I was playing water polo and had built up a lot of muscle. Over the 3 years at college I lost the muscle but gained 50 lbs. This semester I'm taking a leave of absence to regain my footing mentally and physically. I am currently trying to work out for an hour everyday (running, walking, hiking), do 100 sit-ups (twists, crunches, bicycling), and 20 min. of yoga in the morning and 25 min. of yoga in the evening. I'm trying to keep my calories below 2000 for this first week but am hoping that next week that I can keep my calories under 1500. My goal is to lose 5 lbs a month, but so far all I've done is gain weight! If anyone has any advice or motivation, it's always greatly appreciated. |
