| Bio | I am a 28 year old single mother of a 5 yr old daughter. I have always been conscious about my weight, but after having my daughter found myself panicing to get confortable in my own skin! I am 5'3" and I started at 130lbs. I WAS at a lean 113 (as of 10/27/07)! I gained some weight after moving and losing my exercise regimine in the NY weather and turned to adding muscle. I ended up at 123 by January. On January 22nd I became pregnant with baby #2. I am currently 138 at 31 weeks and hoping to keep up the healthy weight gain and my current bike riding and every day activities. Guess I will be using C-C for baby weight loss soon enough.
Screenname: Shill My new living situation and going back to school has left me gymless and my routine and body have completely changed. I have lost some of the bulk I once had and am much leaner. My body last checked was around 13% and is probably around the same now. I have adopted a completely different workout regimine and it seems to be very effective. 5 or 6 days a week, I run between 4-6 miles. Before and after each run, I stretch thoroughly for flexibility. After each run, I grab a park bench and do push-ups and reverse dips. I also do squat-to-side kicks for the bum and thighs. Since changing my routine, I have dropped another 4 lbs.
