Well I'm very new to this site and love it.  I sprained my ankle on a run recently and decided to keep my calories down since my workouts won't be up to par.  I have previously struggled with an eating disorder and the only way for me to control that is healthy living and staying in control of it.  This site is wonderful for that.  I love that everyone is so supportive.  I only want to shed a few pounds and stay that way.  In the last year i've gained about 7 lbs and I'm working to loose that and stay healthy and strong at the same time!
