| Bio | Im here to get help to lose 15 pounds. I have yo-yo'd for most of my adult life. I get soooo annoyed with myself because I do so well and keep my goal up for a year or so and then slowly the 10-15 pounds creep back on. I am fortunate that I get back on track with no more than 15 pounds on. I used to be an exersize'a'holic. I fell off the wagon and I'm trying to get back on. I have a boyfriend who I feel sometimes sabotages my efforts as he is a major junk food junkie and it's realllly hard to say no to the junk he always wants to eat!!! But, slowly I'm getting there and I hope that I can stay on track!!! |
