I'm 24 years old, 5'6 and feeling overweight.  My boyfriend of three years and I just bought a house together and I'm hoping "the question" will come soon.  Even if it does, I'm determined not to buy a wedding dress at this size.  I'd rather have a long engagement and lose the weight and feel spectacular in my dress!

I have a degree in astrophysics/space science and astronomy and am going back for my masters in engineering management right now while working full time at an engineering company, so time is really lacking!  I try and jog/walk at lunch and go to the gym 3 times a week but it doesn't always happen. 

I was really into sports when I was younger, soccer, gymnastics, basketball, tennis, swimming, volleyball, crew, track and field, and miss the great shape I used to be in.  My goal weight is 135 but I'd be happy in the 140's.  My short term goal is to be out of the 180's. 

I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror and smile because I earned the body I have, not setteled for it.
