I am currently living in Antigua with my daughter, Leilu, who is 4 going on 9 :)  We live in nice area right next to the water, and my parents live on a boat parked on the dock out back  :) 

I work full-time, desk job - but lots of laughs and virtually stress free - gotta love it!!  Thank goodness we have internet access!!

I found C-C doing a search for sugar levels in soy milk, go figure.  It was my first step on a long journey.  After some research, I decided  I had to drastically change my eating habits - lower sugar, yeast and mold intake - for medical reasons.  I also started working out again, which is helping me a lot with my mood and anxiety problems. 

It only  took me a little while to realize what this site had to offer!!  Soon I began counting calories, not to lose weight, but to get a handle on what I was consuming every day and to hold myself accountable, but I have since stopped counting because I became too obsessed by it and lost too much weight.

My diet is going well now, back to 115 which is where I think I'll stay.  I love working out and exercising, and I love the way my body is beginning to look :)  Healthy eating is important to me now...and my body feels better for it...when I do fall off track and binge on sugary goodness, my body lets me learn the mistake the next day!! UGH :)
