About

Bio

Well I have always had a problem with my weight.  When I was younger, I was a butterball.  In grade 9, I lost my baby fat and somehow lost 40 pounds quite effortlessly.  The lack of effort meant that I gained the 40 plus another 10 pounds in a couple of years.  Was almost 200 pounds (at the age of 18) when I decided to lose the weight again.  Went down to 135lbs and stayed there for awhile.

Over the last year or so, the weight was beginning to creep up on me again, so I decided to take action before it got out of control.  This is the first time in my life that I've actually been doing this weight loss thing the proper way.  I've been working out consistently and eating the right, healthy foods.

My main motivation is that I'm going on vacation at the end of July and I want to look good.  So hopefully I can get to my goal of 125lbs by mid-June, but I would be still happy with 130.  We'll see how it goes and how I look at 130.  Hopefully I can do it!

Interests 5: checking out calorie-count.com, just being outside, reading, shopping, working out
