I'm 45 years old and a mom of 2 and a step-mom of 3. We have 6 grandchildren. I started this weight loss adventure in September of 2006 at 232#. In 12 months I lost 50# and hit a plateau. I came across CC in November of 2007 and have finally started losing weight again. I've lost another 20# and am now maintaining for the summer. I do belong to a gym, but for the summer have decided to begin bike riding.
