I am a 22 y/o woman in Central NJ living with my boyfriend and a male roomate...  between the two of them, they probably consume anywhere from 6000-1000 calories a day, so I lack visual inspiration!

I want to learn to cook for myself, I can cook basic pan-sauteed fish and chicken but am always looking for new tasty yet healthy ideas!

I'm also learning how to work out without feeling really negative about doing so-- having a positive attitude about getting fit is the only way I'm going to get over my insecurities and find true body happiness!
