Bio

I'm here to lose weight and support others in losing weight. Anything else would be illogical.

My goals (updated on 11/20/08) are:

  • Finish Second round of P90X (started on 10/20/2008).
  • My body fat percentage is below 10% by December 30, 2008.
  • I have six pack abs by December 30, 2008.
  • I continue to learn more about nutrition and eat healthy foods. I feel more alive and energetic with each passing day --- I am getting younger (rejuvenated, revitalized) as the inevitable effects of good food, natural exercise and mental focus.

Here is the spreadsheet I used to use to keep track of my weight along with what Calorie-Count shows. The speadsheet also contains an "Exercise Summary" tab showing the total number of minutes for each month since I started keeping track.
