| Bio | Hey, all! My name is Ivory and I'm 20 years old. I'm trying to lose these unwanted pounds (we've all got them). I joined CC in March of 2007. I always dieted when I was younger, but I always gave up after only a couple of weeks. It's amazing how much easier it becomes to change your mindset once you learn to stay consistent. CONSISTENCY IS THE ANSWER, GUYS! Of course, once you hit that plateau, you have to shake things up a little, but that's another story. I'm excited about my weight loss and looking forward to losing a little more (I'd LOVE to be at 130 again!). I feel great so far, so let the healthy lifestyle continue!
