| Bio | My name is Danielle and I joined calorie count in May '08, after dabbling on the site on and off for a year or so. I started at 162 at 5'10'', neither skinny or fat. I want to loose the extra pounds I accumulated in college. Also, I am training for the New York City Marathon on November 2nd so I'd like to be at my best level of fitness and weight. As of my last weigh-in, I am down to 154. I don't really have a "set" number I will stop at, just when it feels right, at which point I will aim to maintain. EDIT- I am down to 151! Size 6 clothes seem to be fitting me perfectly, 8s are now large, and I even have some fours! Getting into the 140s now seems very doable, and I can't WAIT to MOVE THAT BAR! I hope that I just feel healthier and more energetic, and that my clothing fits nicely. I have learned a lot since being on here, especially being accountable for what goes into my mouth. I've stopped logging everything I eat every day, but I keep a pretty good idea of it in my head, along with what I've burned. I've found I think about food less (and therefore am less hungry) when I am not writing it down and thinking of calories 24/7! I love hearing other people's success stories, and I love hearing from other marathoner's who are also balancing their weight! |
