| Bio | I'm 46 years old. I have 4 children (sson, 28, S20, D17, daughter 9 (went to be with the Lord 2001). My husband of 23 years and I are separated. I am trying to use this time to remember what my dreams are and to set goals for my future. I need to be physically fit/healthy and am using the tools here to make better food choices. |
