my names Charlotte. im 17 and live in mid wales (basically the middle of nowhere!)

i have suffered from anorexia for the past 4 years but i am now getting my life back :)

i have been in recovery since august and have gained 11lbs. i know this is not much but i feel more comfortable taking it slowly and im determined to regain my health!!

i really appreciate the support i get from people here and i hope some of my support is useful :D
