Okay time for a new challenge, maybe one that does not close. Have you noticed how hard it is to find a challenge that isn’t closed. There will be a winner every week that will be determined by percentage of weight loss. And the winner gets the admiration of all the fellow competitors
Weigh-ins are on Friday, but I will accept weights as late as Sunday. Starting next week you will need to have your weight in by Sunday evening to qualify for the awesome prizes. !!!IMPORTANT!!! Please do not edit your previous post each week, with so many participants it is difficult to go back and find everyone. Go ahead and post a new message or email me with your updates. Also feel free to post more then just your stats. Use this space to encourage others and ask questions you may have.

Hey everyone. Bare with me I haven't left you all or forgotten. I have been running a fever all weekend and will post everything as soon as I get some energy back. Sorry. Everyone is doing great keep up the good work. The fact that a few posted a 0 isn't a big deal, it shows your determination to take the bad with the good and post when a plateau hits and not walk away from a challege. I think my May 2nd weigh in was artificially high, because otherwise I can't imagine how I would have lost 4 lbs in a week by sticking to my pretty routinized, moderate schedule...well either way, I'm well on my way to the 115! hurray ;) |

hmm.. I did see on one other challenge people gave points for every interval of 15 minutes of cardio and water consumption and then compared each persons' weekend totals. |
