140/130 club

Anyone in this grouping looking to drop from 140 to 130's.  We can all use support.  Today I am focusing on all the food groups.  Exercise would be good, but I won't be able to since I am working from 9 to 10:30.  A Super long day.  I hope I can stay focused, when I pass the fast food chaines on my travels today.

Finally here!  148lbs as of Monday September 25, 2006.  Can't wait to join the 130's club :)  So, uh, what do we do as a club anyway?  Jump up and down about our new low numbers?  Hooray, then!~

149.5!!! i'm barely in, but hopefully i can stay. 140's feel wonderful. i haven't seen the "14" in a long time. :) i've been doing a good job eating (1200 cal per day) and jogging for 30 minutes almost every day now for two weeks.

i'm 5'7'' or 5'8'' and started at 155. i don't know how i lost 5.5 lbs in two weeks, but i sure hope i really lost it and that it's not just water weight. my goal is to be 139.5 by christmas. if i can do that then i'll set another goal for later (like 130 or something).
hey everyone. still at 134. my body clearly REALLY likes it here. and i'm going to be ok with that for a little while. i've lost 20 something lbs in less than 3 months, which for a short person like me is a lot. yes, eventually, i want to lose 10 more, but there's no real rush. they'll come eventually, if at all, when my body's ready. i can't realistically cut more cals or excercise *much* more at this point, so i might just 'rest' here for a few and take a breather...
i did it. I'm now at 149.5, I started at 157 at the end of august, and now i'm finally in the 140's. I would like to be in the 130's for Thanksgiving. I just started running recently and i really enjoy it. If anyone has any new workout ideas they would like to share i could always use them.
Woohoo!  I think I officially belong here now!  I started at 156 (although, since I was logging my calories in a notebook for a while, my account starts at 150).  I've finally gotten down to a pretty consistent weight of 147 or so, depending on water and whatnot, and I'm looking to get down to 135, eventually.

I hit 144.5 two days this past week, so the weight is slowly coming off.  I had a "free" day yesterday and ate a few Cheetos (first time in I can't remember how long!) and I am weighing in at 147 this morning!  I know it's just water weight, though, so I'm sure I will be back down later this week.  I plan to drink lots of water today to try and get rid of it.  I know better than to eat that much sodium on the day before my "official" weigh in day! LOL  Ah, well, still doing well eating so I know I'm OK.  Hope everyone keeps a good attitude today toward themselves and their weight-loss plan.

hey there. I'm 5'3" finally in the 130 range. started out a little over 160 at the beginning of the year. seriously started working on myself and my weight around march or april. now i am down to 134/135 and I am so excited. I am finally starting to see a difference not only in the mirror but in my pants. Hot damn. I'm also finally a healthy, normal BMI. I'm no longer "overweight".
I DID IT!!

I'm now out of the 140 club!!!   Down to 139!!  so just barely in the 130 club!!  but still!

Its so exciting!!  My BMI is now considered at a healthy weight too!

Hey everyone! I'm new here; just wanted to say hi! I started at 145, trying to get down to 130. Right now I'm at around 137. The first time I stepped on the scale and saw I was in the 130's, I jumped for joy! What a feeling! Anyway good luck to everyone, let's support each other!

hello there-I'm new to the board, decided I needed to start counting my calories and maybe have some support instead of just " trying to eat healthy". . .I'm 138lbs right now, hoping to be somewhere around 125. . .I'm 24yrs old, 5'4''. . .last year I was 165lbs. then i just began taking better care of myself, and the weight came off pretty easily. I've been stuck at 137-140lbs for the past 8 or so months. . . My problem is I'm an emotional/stress eater, so i think thats really been keeping me from going forward with my weight loss. . . otherwise, I'm usually good about exercising-once you do it, it makes you feel wonderful-but it's remembering thats how it makes you feel when you'd rather just skip it that day. . .anyway, lots of rambling-sorry.. . . . I'm hoping I'll have good news to post on this board in the weeks to come. . .
139 today. not an official weigh in. but 139. exactly. hopefully it's not a faux weight and going to go up 3lbs tomorrow but I AM FINALLY IN THE 130S????

tennis season is tuesday which kind of freaks me out.
will have to start working harder!
Yay! I feel like I've been in the low 140's forever. But today, the scale read 139.3. I'll gladly take that loss of 0.7 lbs!

Hello to my fellow 130/140 club buddies! I'm just getting started - have 14 lbs to go to hit my target. I'm 2 lbs away from the 130's though which will totally rock! Maybe by my next post. And as Dori would say, just keep swimming, just keep swimming.......   =)
