Who wants to lose 10 lbs by Christmas?

Hey guys, are any of you interested in losing 10 lbs by Christmas w/ me? I'm thinking weigh in day will be Friday, and losing 10 lbs by Dec. 25 is pretty reasonable, about a pound a week. If you're interested post your stats. Anyone is welcome. =D

To be honest, I'm thrilled, since my TTOM is just around the corner and I haven't gained anything! On the contrary, I lost! How good is that? :)

Definitely down for it. I'm responding a bit late, but I've been on the South Beach Diet and have already lost 10 lbs (phase 1- restrictive/rapid weight loss).

Currently: 5'2, 116 lbs.

I'd be perfectly happy with 110, but 105-106 would be ideal. I have some old clothes I would looooove to be able to fit back into.

Dang it! How frustrating! I know its not much, but it's going the wrong way! I have had a rough week with my family though, so I have been off track. My own fault. Next week will be better! It has to be :)

TTOM is cming and I'm sure i have major water weight...I went up to 134 today....

hopefully it will go down in a few days - I want to see 129!!!!

Musicismysavior5- You should not lose anymore weight.  Right now (at 89 pounds and 4'10"), you are currently classified as underweight with a bmi of 18.6.  Did you know that models are required to have a bmi of 18.5 or higher, or they are not allowed to model anymore?  If you love the way you look, like your profile says you do, please don't do this to yourself!  You can continue to eat healthy foods, and if you'd like to "look thinner" I'd recommend that you exercise to tone up a little, but please eat more! 80 pounds is definitely not healthy.

I'm 5"3/5"4 and I've been trying to lose weight since last Christmas. I basically gained it all the year before and now trying to get rid of it. problem is the stress of school...extremely stressful, and when exams come i just eat and eat and eat. But I'm really thrilled that I've lost from 130 to 113 since May, and I think it's pretty realistic to be AT LEAST 110lbs by Christmas, but best case scenario would be my goal of 105. I'm a slow loser, but I figure slow and steady wins the race. I don't feel fat anymore at this weight (113) so there is no big hurry anyway.
