Anyone up for a July weightloss challange? angiethe1_2005

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

Hi, I am posting my start weight, as at Saturday 30th June. And I need this challenge. Despite walking 20 miles a week and cutting down, I haven't lost any weight for 4 weeks. Hopefully I'm due a sudden dive ;-)

Starting weight: 140 lbs, 5 feet tall. I would like to get down to 120 lbs ultimately, but I'm going to try to get to 130 by the end of July. :-)

For this,,,,,and how do I know how many calories I should burn a day to loose?  I water-jog currently for 60 mins. a day and according to what i've tried to look-up I'm burning 1200.  Is this enough? Thanks! :)
