and yea im very small framed, in in highschool i was 115 but i dont ever want to be that thin again i hated it (i had the body of a 10yr old boy!), up untill two yrs ago i was 120-122 which was nice i just want to get back to that. My main goal is to lose the chicken off my arms and tummy get toned and stay there.
The chicken huh. That made me laugh outloud..yeah I would not want to be that small again either. Not that I could but I would not want to. I am working on my stomach too. Under the button. its my main prob always has been..I am getting there...Keep working hard it will happen.

Well I knew I started when my weight wasn't realistic. Probably a little water retention caused by my period, but I'm happy to say that yesterday night I was 72.3 Kg = 159.39 pounds.

Guys I am doing pretty well and now I am 70.5 kgs = 155.424300 pounds.
I must say I am almost there!![]()
Now my BMI is 27.5 and I am classified as Slightly Overweight! I couldn't be happier... well sort of... I would be happier if I was 12 punds lighter eating a full bag of chips every day ![]()

I'm a little late for weigh in, but i'm at 145lbs, I think I started this forum at 144. Its actually depressing, especially right now because I feel like a whale! Man this is not easy.
But keep pumping ladies! I like reading some of the routines you guys do, and that link to the prevention web site was helpful- i'm trying some of the flatbelly recipes/foods.
You know someone asked me if I was with child yesterday:)LOL, so I went for a run that afternoon with the hubby, really worked out. I'm so focused right now.
Do you guys have quotes or sayings that help to motivate you?
How rude! Although I must say I've made the same mistake with a friend I hadn't seen for months who had already had her baby... it's very embarrassing for both parties! Great job on going for a run! I ended up not going to the gym Saturday or Sunday but I did play racquetball with the bf which was intense! My motivation comes from myself. I quit smoking cold turkey two years ago after having smoked all through college so I think that if I can do that, I can do this! Other than that, I would just like to be a healthier, better looking person, and I know that it's not going to happen on its own! Keep up the great work and try to remember that it's long-term lifestyle changes that you're making, and don't give up!
Gained 3 pounds... hope it was mostly water weight, but I doubt it. I have pretty much sucked at this most of last week.
This weekend I stopped the Hydroxycut and today I begin The Zone. My bridesmaid has lost over 35 pounds in 3 months now with this diet so she is going to coach me through it. My wedding dress ships this Friday so I have to be prepared for a fitting by next weekend.

I didn't loose a pound. was too bummed to write it down. Went off the booze so maybe that is why I am not loosing. Who knows. I have been at this weight for months and I haven't a clue.
I meant to say.... drinking booze may have been the reason for not loosing. I also have a hard time remembering to drink water. I'm a camel.

How was everyone's weekend?
So much for my "goal" of laying off the drinking this weekend...imbibed quite large quantities on friday night, sunday morning champagne brunch, and 2 very large cocktails and 5 beers last night! Just looked up the calories for one of my favorite beers (Blue Moon) and am quite depressed to find out that it is one of the worst for you :( 171 calories per 12 oz bottle! sigh....
On the positive side...I get get up and go to the gym this morning and got in 35 mins of cardio.
Hopefully if I stay good this week I won't have a horrible Friday weigh in. I do my own personal weigh ins on Mondays...and I'm down .2 from last week...as long as I'm not gaining I don't feel too horrible!

Adge1967 dont be bummed....It will start happening for you..What is your "drink"? We had a get together at my neighbors Friday and he called and asked me if I wanted my grapejuice (wine) or Whiskey..Well I love my wine and dont buy it alot because it is spendy..So I opted for the cheap Whiskey..Told him it probably had less calories..He laughed...Do try and rememebr to drink more water though...A few weeks ago when we started this forum I was stuck @ 160-162 realized from reading all the posts that I had stopped drinking as much water....It really does make a difference..Crap..speaking of that I left my water bottle at home...UGH..
I hope everyone had a good weekend..It seems to be the hardest time to keep focused :(
whsthatlady, you have alot of will power and hopefully that translates well to weight loss.
It is tough maintaining through out the weekend, maybe that should be our weekend challenge. Everyone (or who wants to do it) commit to staying within their calories and add 1 thing and give up something....from listening to the posts: give up a couple glasses of liquor and add 30 minutes of cardio, etc. What do you guys think? Weekend challenge?
