140/130 club
Anyone in this grouping looking to drop from 140 to 130's. We can all use support. Today I am focusing on all the food groups. Exercise would be good, but I won't be able to since I am working from 9 to 10:30. A Super long day. I hope I can stay focused, when I pass the fast food chaines on my travels today.
can I join? I'm 5'6" and was 142 this morning. looking to get back to my pre-wedding weight of 130.

How's everyone doing this morning? I'm still at 135 this morning. I plan on going for a long walk a little later this afternoon, pushing the kiddos in the jogging stroller, who knows, maybe i'll decide to actually jog today instead of walk. I'm hoping to build up a good sweat, and put a little tan on my shoulders today! :0) I feel pretty good today, and I've actually been getting the sleep that I need. I've noticed that when I get enough sleep, the pounds drop off a little faster, so I've been making myself be in bed by 11 and I haven't been eating anything after 7pm. I am starting to feel really good about this! Yea!!!!!!!!!!!

Does it count that i was stuck in the 140's for years then i quit smoking 3 months ago and jumped to 157. My goal is 135, and one day 123. But right now i would be happy with 149 again. (I never thought i'd say that.) :)
Keep it up ladies, I have faith that we will all reach our goals!
omg. the scale read 140.8 this am. probably water weight and it'll be back up tommorow, but whatever! i'm psyched!

Yea!!!!!! The scale said 133 today!!!!!! I'm very happy. Apparently that run in the heat yesterday, helped a lot! Probably water weight, but right now, I don't really care. I just hope that it stays off!
Hey, I'm in this club now! I hit 149.5 yesterday and today the scale said the same so I'm psyched! On the way down again. And this puts me in the healthy range of the Body Mass Index, too, finally. This also means that I only have 14.5 pounds to go to my goal weight of 135#. Honestly, I thought I would never see the day. If you had told me a year ago that I would be at this weight and eating this healthy I would have told you, "yeah, in my wildest dreams!" Well, for me the dream has become a reality and I am loving it! I will be in this club for the rest of my trip here and possibly for life. I love the support and encouragement that I have found on this site, so I think I will never leave. It helps keep me accountable. So, hello, all you 140/130 club members! I'm here to stay!! Ok people. I need a kick in the boo-tay! I am sooooo close it making it in this club it's not even funny. I was at 150.4 three days ago and I was eating and exercising great, but two days ago was bumped back up to 151.7. Boo hoo! :-( I was sooooooooooo close! I haven't stepped on the scale yet, but I will sometime this weekend. I'm gonna cross my fingers and hope I will be there by Monday! At least my BMI is still down. Someone give me a good shove in the right direction so that I can come join this totally awesome club on Monday. PPPPPLLLEEEEAAASSSEEE?
OK, potteryhoney, here's your kick in the backside! Keep on eating how you know you should and exercising as much as you need to and the pounds will come off! i would like to be part of this group too~! i'm 5'4" and at 146 right now (down from 153) and would like to get down to 131...ideally, i would like to get down to 118, but i'm going to take things one step at a time~!

Can I join the club? I was 145, now after 3 CC weeks - at 140. Hoping to break in to the 30s this week! My goal is between 125 and 130. I am only 5'1" and getting too old to be 115. Haha

My weight is bouncing a little bit. I was down to 147 two days ago and am back up to 148.5 this morning, but I'm not sweating it because I know the weight will continue to come off if I keep eating right and exercising. I'm pretty patient with my weight fluctuations because that's just the way it has worked with me. I yo-yo back and forth, but it's usually a pound or two up, then a three pound loss, then back up a pound or two.. you get the picture: a little like three steps forward, two steps back, three steps forward... there is always progress, it just happens slowly. At least it's happening!
