Hi Blue ~ what a generous offer!

Love to hear what everyone thinks!

also, the 1st post will change up and only have current week Goals Met, Quotes and a challenge.  But at the pace of our gr8 members, it's still likely to be long.

personally, I love the idea!  We could keep the old quotes and celebrations, etc.... I was going to keep them in a reply somewhere.
#143 krysties4 Sep 14 2007 04:25

My offer still stands if anyone wants to come hang out at the board I made, We defiantly could keep things more accessable and not have so many pages to go through to find the replies (link is in my profile) No pressure, just an offer.

I'll just keep posting at both :-) Keeps me really motivated.  I would also be glad to make avatars or weight loss awards for anyone interested, that's what I love to do so if anyone wants one send me a message.

Can I brag for just a minute on myself??? Tonight after talking to Vicki I was so motivated to exercise that I got up, kicked dh off the tv and I did another 45 minutes of my power 90 dvd!! So I did it TWICE in one day

I did both sets of 3/4 Sculpt and then sweat!! WOOO HOO!!

I am just very very determined to get this weight off! I refuse to quit!! GO ME!

Congratulations Krysties4!  That is great.  You have the right attitude.  Mind giving me a little bit of it? haha  I need to get to exercising!

#145 count-it-07 Sep 14 2007 13:37

Good morning everyone.

I haven't logged an opinion about a name yet, but my preference would be to not have any negatives words or meanings in it about us. Maybe, we could use something like

the 100 lb success club!

I'm on a diet from negative thoughts about  myself, that's what keeps me motivated. Oh yea, and I want to dance and ski and wear beautiful long dresses that show off my great flat stomach and live to be at least 90 singing and dancing all the way there.

Plus, you all keep me motivated.

Have a great day everyone.

Congratulations Krysties4!  That is great.  You have the right attitude.  Mind giving me a little bit of it? haha  I need to get to exercising!

Use my motto, I must get moving it I want to get loosing!!!

I'm here for you! GO GO GO!!! YAYYYYYY

Hi everyone!

I want to second count-it-07's suggestion...I like the "100 lb (plus) success club"!

I'm still knocking myself on the head...I found a vegetable drink lower in sugar than V-8, but, while guzzling it down, I noticed that it had 61% of the RDA of sodium. I swear I get stupidder and stupidder. Everyone else is maintaining their water intake and I'm figuring out how to retain it!

Good luck, everyone, for the weekend.

i like the success name too.. it sound more positive,.. and if we're going to lose.. thats exactly what we need,.. a positive outlook :)

By the way,.. finished yesterday at 128 ounces/ 16 cups :) yay!!!  How did everyone else do?

#149 whatcoloristhesky Sep 14 2007 17:25
I know I did at least 8 or 9 cups earlier in the day.  I slowed down around mid afternoon though.  My tummy started hurting.  I wasn't counting cups though, just drinking regularly so maybe I had more than I thought.  I'll try counting today to see how it works.  Sadly I've only had one cup today.  I'm behind already.
#150 sabineyvr Sep 14 2007 17:32
I vote for: 100 lb (plus) success club
#151 whatcoloristhesky Sep 14 2007 17:34
I like the idea of using only positive terms in our name.  Smile  I have no real preference as to what exactly we call ourselves though Laughing
#152 mommabear2i Sep 14 2007 18:04

OK guys Friday weigh in # is 284.  Lost a total of 33.6 lbs since starting in November of last year.  Surprised Lots more to go but just think that's like carrying around 6 5lb bags of potatoes at the grocery store.  What a relief....Laughing

Now if I can just make it through going out to lunch today.....

#157 fortyandfab Sep 14 2007 19:48
As of this morning, I am down to 250.5!!  I think I was at 253 when I signed in on this thread (a few days ago).

I'm guessing it's water weight since it's my TOTM. But guess what? I've been working my butt off and was determined not to succumb to the uncontrolable urge to eat any and everything (which happens EVERY month, right before I start).

I worked out daily and have been drinking at LEAST 69oz of water a day. Look out 240....I'm coming to get cha! =)
#158 whatcoloristhesky Sep 14 2007 19:48
I found this cool gadget for my google home page that lets me track my daily water (It only goes up to 15 glasses, but that was my goal anyways). Its visual.

http://www.google.com/ig/directory?url=water_tracker.xml

I'm at least up to 5 glasses now.

Go fourtyandfab!  That's great!

Hi Everyone,

I want to join too, I am part of the other club too but want to get to know everyone.  I need the motivation.  I can usually get to about 200lbs but then lose motivation after that.  I was so sick of my YO YO body I have finally decided it is time to make the change before I get any older and it gets even harder.  I can't wait to chat with all of you and have a great time being a loser.

Hey everyone.

Sorry I haven't posted in a few of days, been busy with college. Hope everyone is doing well, looks like it. Welcome to anyone who's new!

I've had an alright week, chowed on 2 snack size chocolate bars and some donut bites. I feel bad because I didn't log it, but it still would have been within my daily limit of calories. Since I've started back at school, I have classes right after another so I don't have time to eat 1 of my 6 meals of the day. Stupid college doesn't allow food or drink (water is acceptable) in the classrooms.

Does anyone have any suggestions of something quick I can chow down on between classes? (10-15 mins)

Anyway, everyone have a great weekend! Eat healthy and chug the clear stuff!

<3 Jenn
