NEW MEMO: The weigh in days are friday and saturday
I was not sure if all of the captains were exactly sure how to "send in" the totals, so here is a little further explanation.
Basically you are just going to change the numbes for the list that is on your team thread: e.g
One person's information originally:
AAAAAA SW: 200 CW: 200 TWL: 0 GW: 145
after losing 5 lbs in the weigh in
AAAAAA SW: 200 CW: 195 TWL: 5 GW: 145
So just change all of the information for everyone and then copy and past it to me.
The current weight for the end of the the last week will be their starting weight for the new week. But I will keep track of that myself.
etc.....
BUt as well as that you will give me all of the weight loss numbers for THIS WEEK. The Total Weight Loss is not the same as the weekly weight loss since it is how much weight each person has lost overall.
You can do it in this format: (or whatever is easiest)
AAAAAAAAA -6lbs
BBBBBBBBB -3 lbs
CCCCCCCC -2 lbs
DDDDDDDD +1 (gained 1 lb)

Wohoo, 2# down. I feel so exhausted right now though and in turn I feel like a lump of dead weight. I swear I'm retaining too because my hands feel swollen.
I'm going to re-weigh tomorrow to see if there is a change (in our favor) since Nycolea says weigh in is Friday and Saturday. Of course if that is ok with you and KT.

Yeah I know not real good, but I had a bad week before we started so I actually gained weight. So I have lost 5 lbs to put me back at my SW. But I know it is all good!!

Yeah I know not real good, but I had a bad week before we started so I actually gained weight. So I have lost 5 lbs to put me back at my SW. But I know it is all good!!

sorry I didn't get any walking in yesterday. i was exhausted beyond belief. but i finally managed to get a little sleep last night so hopefully that will help. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow and just pray that the scale will finally move! vk also suggested zigzagging my cals so i'm goign to try that and hopefully get some stuff coming off! (i bet i wont lose anything for tomorrow but monday which is my normal weigh in will probably be down just to spite us lol).

I have a HUGE Woohoo! I jsut went over to grab something off the printer which is outside my HR reps office and she came out and said that I looked good and she couldreally tell that I've lost weight! That's the first time that someone who didn't know I was dieting told me they could see the weight loss! I have been waiting for this for months and I'm so excited to finally have someone recognize it! That just pulled me outta my funk and now I'm so excited!
ktcort13...You get a WOO FREAKIN HOO!!! Thats for sure. I know that we are losing weight for yourselfs, but it is always nice when someone notices and tells us. Just means that all our hard work is actually paying off!! And I was also going to tell you don't worry your number will start moving again. We just have to keep working hard. And VK had a great suggestion. Zigzagging might just be the ticket. Glad to see your spirts lifted!!
Well this might be the last time I can check in. So I wanted to tell everyone to have a Save weekend!! And remember its all about portions. If you know you are going to a cookout.....I suggest take a healthy covered dish. Ok guys. Talk to you next week. 8)

Hey all sorry im so late posting.........was a late night, but FUN!!
WTG KT i love it when someone notices u have lost weight that is the best feeling in the whole world!!! I cant wait till i hear that, well from someone beside my husband!!! he has to sleep with me so he should notice first!! I heard the zig zagging works for alot of people, so let us know how that goes!!
i think we have all done super well on this challenge im so proud of everyone, win or lose but we haave 12 weeks to win it all!!!!!
ok next weeks challenge is suppose to be cardio i found out so i could let amaxpo know since she wont be on here.....it starts monday hun so just log in when u get back ANY cardio u do!!!
ok i need numbers by like 8ish if at all possible thats central time, the reason i say by 8 is because its UFC fight night so whatever we can do before then sounds g8 to me!!
Well my favorite local band is called Load Point Pull, they are a rock band, good friend of mine is in the band all the guys have become good friends of mine.......if u got to my profile u will see i have a myspace page click on it, look at the bottom its my list of riends and u will see load point pull, click on them and u can hear their music they are really good!!!!! or go to www.myspace.com/loadpointpull good stuff, me and my best friend are gona make their new t-shirts for their next show and sell them they will geta portion oof our profits.....but they are cool shirts im really excited aboout this new venture!!! lol

yup by 11:59 p.m pacific time on Saturday. I live in Indiana so technically it would be 2:59 a.m. here, but I'm just giving the people on the West Coast until midnight.
