Post your stats here. By this, I mean your weight, height, sex and age. See if someone else here has similar stats. You might just find your twin. Having the same frame type is an added bonus!

If you can find another health-conscious person who is more or less built like you and is around your age, that is great. You can share tips with that person to get to know how to lose weight with your body type (since his/her body type might be the same). You can also try different things and give each other some feedback. I think this should help with all of us losing weight, especially teenagers because I think the simple rules of calorie-counting don't work with teens as their minimum differs from the adult 1200 (female) and 1500 (male).

Well, what's the harm in trying, eh?

The slow paced thing will be key for me with finding a twin.  I shoot to lose 1/2-1 lb. per week and am not regular with exercise.  I do plan on joining a gym this week, assuming my 2 week trial goes well.  I consume about 1900 calories/day and don't see that changing (I used to eat 3000-4000 on a typical day, just 3 months ago!!).  I can't handle a twin who exercises 5-7 days/week and subsists on 1200 calories.  I'm not insulting those who do that but it's not for me and I want to make that clear so I can find the best match for me.  THANKS!!  Send me a message if you think we were separated at birth.

You are the closest I can find to a twin.  I am 5'6 and 120 pounds with a small frame.  I would like to be 115 again, because I was pretty consistently untill a couple of months ago, and I liked that weight.  Let me know if you want to exchange e-mails.

Hi, mrsclark!  Looks like there is yet another sister out here.  I am 33, 5'8", 165 looking to get to 145 (a bit different), but I too have a tween (he's 11) and a 1 yr old.  I am a paralegal, LOVE food, and stress/boredom eat.  That seems to be my major hurdle to overcome.  I would like to swap tips, hints, etc.  Looking forward to hearing from you.
