I'm EmmsMumm, I'm in my early 30s, single mom of a 2 year old! We live north of Toronto and she keeps me very busy.
I spend tooo much time on 'that site .. ' .. oh go on .. guess! Recently started dating again.... eeek!
I love nutrition, I'm hoping to start chef classes later this year, and I am trying to start collecting things for my book idea.
I'm hoping to have lots of yummy recipes, so if there is anything that you can think of that you would love to see in a recipe book, let me know. If you are trying to look for a healthy recipe for a favourite dessert, give me a shout, I'm up for the challenge.
We have 2 gerbils, but argh argh argh ... anyone want them? free .. they are not the kind of pet I need. I'm not totally comfy with a rodent .. and so far my brainiac has managed to get the cage open ...three time. I've caught them both all 3 times, but .. aack!
I really dislike laundry, I'd rather wash the toilet every day. Dishes are another .. bottom of the list, but I still prefer dishes over laundry. I found this site accidentally when I was trying to find the calorie counts for a S'mit donut as opposed to a bagel with light cream cheese, but the S'mit site kept crashing me.
