Wasn't sure but its Mondays and Thursdays are weigh ins right? If so I'm still at my CW of 163 but I'm sure I'll have much better news on Monday because I'm feeling pretty good on this diet.

Oh and this could be taken as good news and bad but my finace and I will be setting a date for our wedding for sometime this winter! We're only having a very small wedding, so it should take too much to plan especially with the help of both of our families! Great news but that means I really have to kick this diet into gear and drop the lbs in a matter of months!! I would even be happy to be 135-140. 120 may be impossible for that short amount of time but this only gives me more motivation to lose the weight! |

Got that updated Rachael and it'd make me feel better :D. Came in at 315.9 so a nice lil dip for my weightloss graph. Cool to hear of the weddingNice job Sarah on the return to 158 - hold tight, you can do it and good job taking it back 158.
Dodge - the smaller size sounds so more personal and I bet less stress. What an incentive for you! With sometime ahead of you, what a difference you'll make for your big day. BTW we just update Thursday but your welcome to fill us in for Mondays too. |

APR 3 - MAY 15 132.0 130.0 Gina 334.5 315.9 Jayne 161.2 158.0 Sarah Here's the numbers Gina and keep in mind, Im 150 lbs from goal weight and Im not losing those last lbs like you guys so comparisons wouldnt apply but looks good. Since Rachael was on vacation during that time and has only been back two weeks, think its only fair to adjust her dates to since she returned. Dodge, we'll have updates for you as you drop moving towards the wedding date too. MAY 1 - MAY 15 182.0 178.0 Rachael |

Youre part of our community Evie and cool there waiting two weeks (great willpower to do that), but update us if you sneak a peek ;P.
Lunch meeting today at an Italian restaurant and dang if my absolute weakness, my absolute fav hands down food, kept being delivered to the table - garlic bread. It was a huge hit at the table, probably why they kept bringing more, but I didnt dare. Couldnt even make an exception - too much trigger potential so had minestrone and a salad with chicken (everything else seemed to be pasta - imagine that). The salad, very good and Im still surprised how many versions of salad with chicken restaurants can have. |

Rachel your weight is going down down down..that is great. You can so get that pound off this weekend. If you cant get out your cleaning idea is great. I worked up a sweat just mopping my floors.
Olive garden is a weakness of mine too. Ive been doing great just ordering the minestrone soup and salad with lowfat dressing on the side. I eat like four servings of salad with parm cheese. Gas prices are just scary Ive got to fill my tank up today and am not looking forward to blowing 80 bucks. |

Rachael, what a great drop to to 176.5. BTWI dont actually like minestrone and ordered it as a good option but I actually loved theirs - funny Rachael your daughter feeling the same on OG. Not to be a downer but Im suspicious if it is extra salt, oil, maybe even butter but wont lose sleep over it, just one of those curious things.
I didnt mean to rag on a meal of pasta, particularly a once in a while thing but it doesnt affect me for just the meal (had it for my birthday last year) but causes me later cravings. Sarah, you still going to be at tonights Dallas HG book signing? I'll be there and while normally not in Dallas, yesterday on the way to the meeting actually drove past it- good to confirm the corner it was on for later. I also was wondering if you already had the book and if it seemed SB friendly at all. |

You didnt allow the allowed vacation weight much time to stick around - excellent work Rachael (::bows::). Your awfully close to hitting your 2008 low! My house is full - takes so much longer to get down on food when your one person, grocery shopping is an excuse to get out of the house and spending money on something necessary doesnt make me feel guilty.
Im off to a lunch date with someone somewhat famous - I know youve heard of them. I'll tell you who when I get back :D. |

They are famous here - I met Sarah! She will be offline while visiting family but theyre not too far off so we found a McDonalds to meet at so her littlest one who came along (and is the cutest tiny thing) could play while we chatted. We got to visit for a few hours and talked nonstop, much of it addressing how close all of us on the thread have gotten through all our online experiences since we all met last year. Course we also talked food, diet and life in general. She's the only person Ive had chance to meet in person that Ive known online (not that I know many). I actually forgot my phone but can be a little dense and didnt even think to take a photo :/. Would have loved to and put in in my CC gallery.
Got pulled over on the way home, driving a bit too fast. He said it was for not having a brakelight. When he went back to the patrol car, I thought how could I have passed inspection as I looked at my windshield sticker, realizing it had expired! UGH. Waited for him to comeback and notice it when he told me he was just going to give me a verbal warning. ?! Thankfully I dont need to drive almost at all but boy, did I feel like it was my lucky day. Did you ever get out for your groceries Rachael? |

I sure was nervous - not only did the cop turn around to follow me but then he followed me for a while. Stayed in the middle lane like that would stop him from pulling over LOL.
Split pea soup sounds SO good, eventhough Ive never had it (like peas :D). Can we give thanks beans not only have carbs but fiber? I just read how organic sales were feeling the increase in food prices, guess because there already expensive to begin with. Great about your being down a lot today - wishing it holds for you and sounds like your doing well so that it would. JUST getting up after waking for several hours way early this morning. Boy has this weekend slipped by! |

Hi Im Back from a fun filled weekend and a special meeting. And I was thinking that picture thing too (after the fact of course). Darn it! Oh yea Jayne all those sweet fuzzy curls on my youngest are gone gone gone. She got her first hair cut today and i almost cried, but her hair does look healthier. I cant believe you got pulled over on the way home... glad you got off with a warning. Ashton loves the doll house BTW so thanks again. I got to go to a central market while I was up there which we don't have here. The produce area is so big and has so much. I was totally impressed. It was bigger than the first one I went to in another town.
Rachel that's GREAT about a big loss, my fingers are crossed for it to hold. I hate it when I'm up to early and it spoils the whole eating schedule so I know how ya feel. that hunger creeps out of nowhere and gets you LOL. I did pretty well this weekend and My family was very accomodating with the food being prepared so was able to stay away from over eating. hoping to take off another pound this week. The 150's are here to stay for a while YAY!!!! |

| Good morning Rachel had a late start this morning but going strong now. So glad your seeing sunshine. cloudy days affect my mood and my eating. Yes I saved all of it they even gave me a pink envelope to put it in. She didnt have a lot to begin with... my hope is that it will start coming in thicker now that the thin stuff is gone. Well you only have that one # to deal with and you can do that by thursday I know you can. | ||
