Then we had professional pictures done for my business cards, they were HORRIBLE!! I started to look at most of the clothes in my closet. All of my size 12's have moved to the other closet. After having calorie-count for almost 2 years, I'm getting around to using the forums.
As a senior in college, you would think I would be able to stop the changes in my eating habits when I return to school at the end of the summer... At home I'm really good about controlling my diet and keeping the weight off. But as soon as I get back to school I fall back in to my habits of eating badly & drinking. Luckily I managed to catch myself before I gained the 15, I think I'm at 7, and I really want to lose it before I go back home for Christmas break. So I'm looking for people who are in a similar situation with me, either with school or stats or whatever.

Hi. I am new to this. I am icesk8rsmom and I have tried weight watchers but the groups were hard. I just sigfned on and I even bought a portable food storage system that you carry with you all day. It has all of your meals for the day in it. I am 48 and from Phoenix.I love breads, pasta, potatoes, burgers and my diet coke. i also have found diet sierrra mist with cranberry to be very good. When I crave something sweet, I buy the diet pepsi caramel cream soda. My biggest obstacle to losing wight is my asthma, back and knee pain. If I lost weight it probably would go away. We are always on the go and sitting in a rink is not helping. I guess I could walk but I am a bit lazy. My goal is 135 pounds (the goal set by others is 110). I hate cleaning house period ! I found calorie count on a news channel video ! I am also diabetic and have high blood pressure. I better go, I have to be up at 4 am. Happy Turkey Day to all !@

I am new to this. I live here in Central Virginia. I have tried so many weight loss tricks, and, am frustrated. I do not eat anything that has artificial sweetners, and that includes splenda as it contains chlorine and I don't want that in my body. I like real food. I have lost focus and can tell it with my asthma problem. I would love to get back into focus-mode and loose this weight so I can get back into my passion for bellydancing.

I'm 21, almost 22, and I weigh 231lbs...I weighed 175lbs when I was in high school, then college came and I started dating my boyfriend, and I became "comfortable". I stopped watching what I was eating, because I didn't need to impress anyone anymore. I'm in a wedding next year, and want to be back to at least 175lbs, and 150lbs by my 23rd birthday:)
